Have you noticed that some of the information you entered for things like your office location and Broker-Dealer Affiliations are missing? Well, at the time of this writing the reason is that your profile type is set to "Advisor" and strangely enough will only show up if you change it to "Student". Our recommendation? The only fix for right now is to change your profile type to say "Student" for now until we can get it fixed. What can I say? We are all students in some way anyhow right? You can do this in 3 Easy Steps (well, 4 actually):
Step 1:
Click on "My Account"
Step 2:
Click on"My Settings"
Step 3:
Click on "Student" Radio Button
Step 4:
You MUST be sure to save your changes!
We hope to have this fixed very soon and it will absolutely be resolved by the time we are ready to roll out the Student and Parent Profiles. If you have any other questions please let me know - Thanks!
