Having Trouble Changing State, Zip, or Password

If you are having difficulties changing your profile information it may be because all of the required fields are not filled out on your "My Settings" page. It may be that the first time that you go on to your "My Settings" page from "My Account" there are some fields with red asterisks next to them that are not filled in as you are clicking on "Save Settings". Red error boxes should show up to alert you to the problem, but in in the case that they do not - definitely make sure that these fields are entered in correctly.

 

This website is best viewed on a modern browser that is standards-compliant like Firefox 1.5 or Safari. We have found the greatest success across the web to be with Firefox 1.5, so that is what we use for any web browsing these days. Maybe something to think about (and it's free anyway).
