After browsing the college list you should be able to immediately eliminate a few colleges. You probably have already started to form an idea of what the schools differences are. Your goal now is to narrow your list to no less than 6 schools.
2 Safety Schools - Safety schools are schools that are a slam dunk. You should be an above average student than the majority of the students applying.
3 Probable Schools – Probable schools are ones that you prefer to attend but are not guaranteed. You should be the same caliber student as the majority of the applicants.
2 Reach Schools – These are often the elite private schools that accept few students. You never know what these schools are looking for and may get in based on attributes other than academic.
If you don't have at least these 6 schools, we encourage you to reconsider the schools you've eliminated or expanding your general search criteria. At this point, we also recommend visiting the college websites to get a closure look at what they have to offer. You can even go on google maps to see if you can get a better idea of the schools facilities and layout
